So his hair sometimes looks like Dev Anand's, and he tries to ape Shammi....
I still love Joy Mukhrejee unquestionably. He is so handsome!
Just saw "Phir Wohi Dil Laya Hoon;"- he was such a beautiful man! If I was a teenager in the 60s, I've a feeling I'd probably be a stalker fan-girl :B I cant even write properly right now- too dizzy in love after staring idiotically at the screen for 2.5 hrs- so the movie post is going to have to wait :)

Echoing you - me too! :-)
But you wont believe the awful movies of his that I have seen lately - Aao Pyaar Kare, Door Ki Awaaz and Shagird - all of them co-starring Saira Banu! Still, as long as I can re-watch Love in Simla, Love in Tokyo, and Ek Musafir Ek Haseena, my love will survive.
Cant wait to hear what you say about Phir Wohi Dil Laya Hoon - it has some of my favorite songs and my favorite story about missing heirs and mistaken identities - I think all Asha Parekh hits (starting from her first movie) had the same story!
I loved Phir Wohi Dil Laya Hoon...I should watch it again. The Mukherjee brothers were/are SO handsome. I fell head over heels for Deb when I saw Ansoo Ban Gaye Phool (although Adhikar tempered it somewhat).
Bollyviewer: High 5 :) I think you've got your finger on the issue here- he should simply not have done movies with Saira- other than Shagird, they just did not work well together. omg he is so damned adorable though :)
Memsaab: I need to watch Deb Mukherjee then- though I think my devotion to Joy is going to be hard to beat. I keep comign back to begin writing the post, but instead end up looking at his pic and just grinning- its too much adorableness in 1 person-stat!
